Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel it, as it goes straight into processing. If you need assistance after placing your order, please reach out to our support team. We’ll do our best to help, but once an item has entered processing, we cannot stop or modify it.
Priority / Insured Shipping
If you select Priority Insured Shipping, you’ll be able to request a replacement or a refund if your order is lost or damaged.
If you choose to add “Free Shipping” or “Priority Processing,” your order may qualify for faster dispatch, especially during periods of high demand.
Shipping to Over 200 Countries
We are proud to offer international shipping. Please note that there are a few locations we are unable to ship to. If your country is not listed at checkout, unfortunately we cannot deliver to your region.
Most items are shipped from our facilities in the USA, UK, and Australia, depending on stock availability. Your items will ship from the location closest to your delivery address to ensure the fastest arrival.
Customs
We are not responsible for customs fees. Once an item has shipped internationally, your local customs agency may charge import duties or taxes. This is the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated delivery times vary by region:

Maximum delivery time: 20 business days.
Processing time of 2–5 business days is not included. Peak seasons may slightly extend processing.
Shipping estimates do not include customs delays.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Tracking Shows “No Information Available”
For some shipping companies, tracking may take 2–5 business days to update.
If your tracking hasn’t updated after 5 days, or if you believe there’s an issue, feel free to contact us.
Multiple Packages
To ensure faster delivery, items may arrive separately if they come from different warehouses or require special handling.
