Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your product
(unless stated otherwise, such as a 30-Day Trial).
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

The product must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable) and free from signs of damage.

A submitted return label and prior approval are required.

No additional items can be added to your return package.

If the exchange item costs more, you must pay the difference.
If it costs less, the balance will be refunded.
Refunds are issued once the returned product is received and inspected.

A 15% restocking and processing fee applies (to cover inspection, processing, and handling).

We do not offer prepaid return labels; customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items.

At CurveDoll™, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Trial on select items. If you’re not satisfied, returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 10 business days.
If your return is approved, we will notify you and process the refund.
If your return is rejected, we will notify you with the reason.
